Dictated audio, spoken content, and generated text are processed locally on the user's device and are not sent to Stripe, Yaptxt servers, external speech-to-text servers, or third-party transcription services.

Yaptxt may use service providers located in different countries, including outside the country or region where the user is located. This may include providers for hosting, payment processing, analytics, security, infrastructure, or other technical services.

If personal data is transferred internationally, we take appropriate measures to protect such data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Where payments are processed through Stripe, payment-related data may be transferred and processed by Stripe and its affiliated entities in accordance with Stripe's own privacy and data protection terms.

Yaptxt is designed to process speech-to-text locally on the user's device. Dictated audio, spoken content, and generated text are processed temporarily on the user's own computer and do not leave the device for transcription purposes.

Yaptxt does not upload dictated content to Yaptxt servers, external speech-to-text servers, or third-party transcription services. Dictated text, generated text, and audio input are not permanently stored by Yaptxt and are discarded after the local processing is completed, unless temporary local processing is technically required for normal app functionality.

Only data that is necessary for account management, authentication, payment processing, subscriptions, licensing, security, support, or legal obligations may be processed separately. This may include account data, login information, payment status, subscription details, invoice data, license information, technical metadata, or communication with support.

Payment, subscription, and invoice-related data may be retained for longer periods where required by tax, accounting, or legal obligations. When personal data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where possible.
